Agenda Items[edit | edit source]

new members[edit | edit source]

Chris A. - runs Figure53, comes during the day, plans to co-work. Let the record show Mark Huson voted no.

Tim B. - active volunteer in the Baltimore arts scene, wants to do awesome stuff for the Node. Our first "Trust Member"! Rock.

TRUST MEMBERS - Node will support dueless members to the amount of 10% of total membership. Trust Membership will be renewed every three months but can be converted to normal membership at any time. Trust members will be expected to be awesome. If it's not working out, ya just won't get renewed.

Other Stuff[edit | edit source]

keys - how to get keys back from non-paying members? If you haven't paid dues, you get warned. If it's been more than three months, you have to give your key back. Once auto-subscription is available, we'll be tougher on non-payment.

pre-annual meeting - we should get our bylaw changes ready.

meet your neighbors - say hello to your neighbors so that if you see someone in the building who

the new space - some changes, whatever. Will need to decide if we want shop space. Organization isn't clear right now, but it will take time and money. Will probably be an after New Year's project. The more clean and organized the space, the better.

the member shelf - we should take that stuff off and reorganize. Members need to be contacted.

awesome grant - a chapter of the awesome foundation is starting up in Baltimore. We probably won't be able to contribute money, but we'll probably be able to contribute space and time. Members should also be aware of this opportunity, and, like, go for it if they wanna.

events

finances - we're doing just okay. we're right at the edge, but not losing money as long as everyone pays on time. We're currently exploring WePay for subscriptions.
