Some questions we need to answer in the first few months (and come to a consensus on):

1. How do you see the calendar playing out? (what would a "normal" calendar look like?)
2. Who is able to schedule events?
3. When are guests allowed? or Are guests ever not allowed?
4. When are strangers / the public allowed? or Are strangers / the public ever not allowed?
5. Is it possible to keep expensive equipment / tools / parts in the space?
6. If not initially, under what conditions would it be possible?
