- Heavy power (400 amps or more, 3-phase).
- Open flex floor plan.
- Fenced back yard or secured side area for working on large projects.
- Secured storage.
- Roll-up door from yard into building for vehicle projects.
- Nice enough area that a parent would drop off their children for classes, and feel safe if we offered intro to electronics projects classes.
(2,000 square feet at $0.50 a square foots is $1,000 in rent a month.) If everyone who came last week paid $100 a month we would just cover the rent(not counting security deposits, utilities). Ultimately we hope to have a large membership but can we count on this to begin with? 1000 sq. ft. is still quite big. Especially for 10 to 15 people.
