This workshop is designed for people who do not know much about electronics but would like to learn how to solder.  In this workshop, you will learn how to solder capacitors, resistors, and ICs onto a printed circuit board.  You will learn how to solder and de-solder through hole components and (hopefully) have a functional multimeter when the event is done.&lt;br /&gt;

One way to handle quorum is to advance notice the meetings,&lt;br /&gt;
especially annual meetings (usually around the time original&lt;br /&gt;
officers are elected) and then define the quorum as members present.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And 2/3 or more to re-decide a decision already made.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Possibly add a phone in/ chat attendance option for meetings,&lt;br /&gt;
as sometimes kids, parents, weather, other commitments make &lt;br /&gt;
it impossible to attend.&lt;br /&gt;
